If your Textraw synthetic pine straw noticeably fades during the 10 years after installation, or if another defect in materials or workmanship appears, Textraw, Inc. will provide the original owner with free replacement product equal in volume to the defective product.

What this warranty does not cover

"Excessive abuse and improper or lack of landscaping maintenance”  to be replaced with “failure to follow  best maintenance practices as shown in the Textraw maintenance video, in particular annual flip, fluff, and top-dress.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
